Building a private practice shouldn’t feel this unclear.

Building a private practice shouldn’t feel this unclear.

You’ve done the training,

but no one taught you how to actually build and run a practice.

You’re trying to figure things out—
but nothing feels fully clear.

  • You’re making decisions without knowing if they’re right

  • You’re second-guessing your structure

  • You’re second-guessing your structure

That uncertainty slows everything down.

Most clinicians are left to figure this out on their own.
Amanda helps bring structure and direction to that process.

Amanda Bradley, MS, LPCC, NCC

Amanda Bradley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), EMDR therapist, and private practice owner (Fallen Timbers Holistic Services) who has built and is actively growing a group practice with a team of clinicians.

Before entering the mental health field, she spent over 20 years as a first responder — bringing a level of real-world experience, leadership, and decision-making that directly informs how she approaches both clinical work and business operations.

She is deeply involved in the day-to-day growth of her practice, including structure, hiring, and ongoing development of her team.

Her guidance is grounded in what actually works.

Not theory, not guesswork.

She understands what it takes to move from “figuring it out” to running a structured, functioning, and sustainable practice.

This is a one-on-one space to get clarity based on where you are right now.
